All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 3 to 7 business days

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be reflected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
LampersThinks is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
