At LampersThinks, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your request must be made within this period. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it;
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached;
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, intimate or sanitary goods, and items marked as final sale.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at bracksocomp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at bracksocomp@outlook.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return process.
